About the role

Become a Delivery Rider with DJ SHOP and be a key part of our mission to provide fast and reliable delivery services. As a Delivery Rider, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering packages to customers across Metro Manila. This is a contract role with the flexibility time on work.

What you'll be doing

  • Deliver package orders from Main office to customer locations
  • Ensure safe and timely delivery of customer orders
  • Provide excellent customer service by being polite and responsive
  • Maintain your vehicle in good working condition
  • Comply with all traffic rules and regulations
  • Report any delivery issues or customer concerns to the management team

What we're looking for

  • Valid driver's license and experience riding a motorcycle or scooter
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively
  • Strong navigation and time management skills
  • Ability to lift packages up to 20 kg
  • Flexible schedule and willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
