JOB SUMMARY:

The Cash Management & E-Banking Services Head is responsible for overall function of the department and assures that standard of service is maintained. This role involves managing bank's operations team including Cash Management & ATM Operations team to deliver effective financial services to clients.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Formulate strategic plans and policies for ATM/E-Banking Department in line with the bank's corporate objectives and financial targets.

  2. Lead the implementation of system changes to support new products, ensures system integrity and recommends program changes to more efficiently and effectively support services offered.

  3. Implement efficient processes and standards.

  4. Oversee the implementation of technology solutions & UAT's throughout the organization.

  5. Manage ATM contracts and relations with customers, vendors and service providers.

  6. Manage the entire ATM/E-Banking Operations to ensure that all risks associated in handling electronic banking products and services of the bank are identified, monitored and controlled.

  7. Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits.

  8. Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement.

  9. Report on operational performance and suggest improvements.

  10. Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to President.

  11. Work closely to ITD & Legal to make sure activities remain compliant.

  12. Direct and manages the overall function of ATM Center & Cash Management Department.

  13. Supervise all trainings/ seminars/workshops/ orientations on Cash Management Services & ATM Operations in coordination with the HRD.

  14. Ensure critical records are scanned/uploaded to the Network Attached Storage System (NASVVR).

  15. Perform other duties and responsibilities required under the latest manual of pertaining to the position.

  16. Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the President from time to time.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT

Education Graduate of any four (4) year degree course of any Business-related courses.

Experience Minimum of 4 years-experience preferably on branch/cash management operations related position.

Willing to work onsite and to be assigned in Mandaluyong. Can start immediately.
