E-Commerce Specialist

The E-Commerce Specialist will be reporting directly to the CEO and Marketing Director and shall perform the following functions:

• Responsible to the daily end to end control over the fulfillment process, from order receiving and printing of waybill.
• Responsible to monitors inventory levels and manage reordering to avoid shortages and ensure availability of the product during payday sale/double dates to ensure that we meet customer demands consistently.
• Responsible to handles returns, exchanges and refunds, manages customer inquiries and resolves complaints to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Responsible in assuring that service protocols are followed to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Preparing and analyzing reports for the management team. Ensure constant improvement of operational KPIs and support admin improvement initiatives as directed by management.
• Responsible to aligns fulfillment operations with sales campaigns to handle increases in order volumes efficiently during promotions and discounts. Coordination is crucial for managing high-volume sales periods effectively, ensuring that the demand does not compromise the quality of service.
• Responsible to work closely with sales and marketing to ensure that the operations are not only efficient but also strategically aligned with the broader goals of the company.
• Responsible in assuring that the stock levels are sufficient to serve all orders and required to meet the Monthly Quota.
• Perform other tasks related to e-commerce as assigned from time to time by superior.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php23, Php28,000.00 per month
