Job Summary:

The position is responsible for monitoring raw material & factory supplies inventory and oversees the daily RM warehouse transactions and activities. Supervise the overall daily transaction of RM warehouse to ensure the accuracy of all inventory stocks from the system versus physical inventory.

Qualifications/Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in any Business-related course
• Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of working experience in Manufacturing Industry as Warehouseman or Inventory-related.
• Accounting, analytical, oral and written, and supervisory skills
• Must be computer literate
• Knowledgeable in warehouse system

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Monitors and ensure availability of stocks for production usage

2. Monitor and checks stock level status on a daily basis

3. Ensure that all raw materials, factory supplies and other stocks at warehouse are in proper location and in good condition.

4. Prepares and submit required daily, weekly, and monthly report to PPIC Supervisor.

5. Secure the maintenance of all documentation and Quality Records of RM section.

6. Prepare P.R. Requisition on all material and packaging supplies within critical level.

7. Prepares and submit to PPIC Head a Weekly and Monthly Material Inventory and variance Report.

8. Responsible for the implementation and maintaining 6' S of the Raw Material Section.

9. Recommends and formulate system improvements related to the operations.
