Job Summary:

The Planner is responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules and ensuring that resources, budgets, and timelines are properly aligned for successful project delivery. This role works closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to track progress, mitigate delays, and provide accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, resource plans, and progress tracking reports.
  • Utilize MS Project or other planning software to prepare baseline schedules and updates.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure schedule accuracy and feasibility.
  • Prepare and monitor budget forecasts, cash flows, and cost plans.
  • Perform quantity take-offs and support BOQ/BOM preparation when required.
  • Analyze schedule performance, identify potential delays, and recommend recovery plans.
  • Assist in project implementation planning and risk assessment.
  • Generate weekly and monthly progress reports for management and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, company standards, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or related field)
  • Licensed ECE, REE, or RME (preferred)
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience as a Project Planner or Scheduler in construction/engineering projects
  • Proficiency in MS Project and/or other planning software
  • Skilled in MS Excel, AutoCAD (2D/3D), SketchUp, and Bluebeam
  • Knowledgeable in DUPA, estimating, and budgeting
  • Excellent communication skills (English proficiency – oral & written)
