Job Summary
The Area Manager – Food & Beverage is responsible for overseeing the operational performance, quality standards, and profitability of multiple food and beverage outlets within a designated region. This role ensures exceptional guest experiences, consistent food safety compliance, and strong team leadership across all locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of multiple food and beverage outlets within the assigned area
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food, beverage, and customer service standards
- Drive sales growth, cost control, and profitability across all locations
- Lead, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers, Kitchen Managers, and outlet teams
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory, food costs, labor costs, and waste management
- Conduct regular site visits, operational audits, and quality inspections
- Analyze performance metrics (sales, margins, guest feedback, KPIs) and implement improvement plans
- Manage supplier relationships and ensure adherence to procurement standards
- Address escalated customer concerns and operational challenges
- Support openings of new outlets and implementation of brand standards
