Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and safety-oriented Mobile Crane Operator to join our team. This role is responsible for operating mobile cranes to lift, move, position, and place heavy materials safely and efficiently.


Qualifications:

  • With TESDA NC II or equivalent certification in Mobile Crane Operation (preferred)
  • Minimum of 2 years experience operating mobile cranes or similar heavy equipment
  • Physically fit and able to work in construction, plant, or field environments
  • Knowledgeable in crane safety standards, load capacity, and rigging procedures
  • With a valid driver's license and/or professional license for heavy equipment operation
  • Responsible, reliable, and safety-conscious

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate mobile cranes to lift, move, and position materials as required by operations
  • Perform pre-operation inspections and ensure crane is in safe working condition
  • Interpret load charts, signals, and instructions for safe lifting operations
  • Assist in rigging and securing loads properly before lifting
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies at all times
