Responsibilities As our Operations Engineer, Mobile Device Management, you will be responsible for KONE’s Mobile Device Management platforms that help secure and support the mobile devices and mobile applications used by KONE employees both in the office and on frontlines. Responsibilities are focused on governance, stakeholder communication and leading the development of our Mobile Device Management platforms. Design, configure, and manage MDM platforms (e.g., Intune, AirWatch, etc.). Collaborate with teams and security to ensure device compliance. Handle device enrollment and lifecycle management for iOS and Android devices. Apply knowledge of Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Manager, Android Enterprise, iOS/iPadOS management, and related MDM technologies. Demonstrate strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Location of position: Mexico City, MX or Torreon, MX Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field. 4 to 6 years of experience in MDM administration and support. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager. Experience with Android Enterprise, iOS/iPadOS management. Knowledge of Samsung Knox, Zero-touch enrollment. Good understanding of conditional access, MFA, and mobile security principles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communicator with ability to work with cross-functional teams. Experience in global deployments and international environments; creating own solutions. Familiarity with Microsoft and Samsung Knox licensing terms and inclusions. Must be bilingual with English and Spanish. Preferred (but not required) Skills Microsoft Certification (e.g., MD-102, SC-300). PowerShell scripting for automation.
