About the role

Chiang Kai Shek College, Inc. is seeking an experienced and dedicated Psychology Teacher to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Psychology Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and impactful lessons to our International Baccalaureate students under the Diploma Programme, helping them develop a deep understanding of the human mind and behavior.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans covering the core concepts of psychology
  • Facilitate interactive classroom activities and discussions to encourage student engagement and participation
  • Assess student progress through tests, assignments and projects, and provide timely feedback
  • Collaborate with other faculty members to ensure a cohesive and well-rounded curriculum
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field of psychology and incorporate new insights into your teaching
  • Provide academic support and guidance to students, helping them navigate the complexities of the subject

What we're looking for

  • A Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field, with a strong academic background
  • Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a secondary school or college setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students
  • Proven ability to create and deliver engaging, interactive lesson plans
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assess student progress and provide personalized support.
  • Passion for the field of psychology and a commitment to inspiring students to explore the subject.
