About the role

Chiang Kai Shek College, Inc. is seeking an experienced and dedicated Psychology Teacher to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Psychology Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and impactful lessons to our International Baccalaureate students under the Diploma Programme, helping them develop a deep understanding of the human mind and behavior.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans covering the core concepts of psychology
  2. Facilitate interactive classroom activities and discussions to encourage student engagement and participation
  3. Assess student progress through tests, assignments and projects, and provide timely feedback
  4. Collaborate with other faculty members to ensure a cohesive and well-rounded curriculum
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field of psychology and incorporate new insights into your teaching
  6. Provide academic support and guidance to students, helping them navigate the complexities of the subject

What we're looking for

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field, with a strong academic background
  2. Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a secondary school or college setting
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students
  4. Proven ability to create and deliver engaging, interactive lesson plans
  5. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assess student progress and provide personalized support.
  6. Passion for the field of psychology and a commitment to inspiring students to explore the subject.
