Job Responsibilities

  • Be able to read, analyze, dissect, and understand architectural plans in order to provide an accurate proposal for the project assigned to them.
  • Understand technical specifications and capabilities/limitations of Architectural & Systems Furniture products.
  • Prepares quotation/s and or technical documentation/s; i.e.: Shop Drawings or 3D Rendered Drawings for Special or Customized Item/s, etc.
  • Design Briefing with Account Executive/s to capture all the design intent and considerations required by the client or the designer-in-charge of the project. Develops ideas and produces design proposals based on client's requirement(s).
  • Coordinates with Account Executive/s and Product Manager on the project's requirements, which require modification of the existing design proposal due to its feasibility, and develops a new design proposal.
  • Responsible for doing a site inspection and actual measurements whenever needed.
  • Coordinates with the Project Team for the installation process and provides necessary assistance whenever needed.
  • Attend to other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering and other related courses
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • With above knowledge in CAD, Photoshop, SketchUp and other similar software
  • Systematic, organized, keen to details and can work well under pressure
  • Artistic and with passion for design.
  • Work experience in the construction industry is an advantage.
