IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE (Experience)

  • 5+ years of experience in customer support, pre-sales, or similar roles, preferably in retail or technology products
  • Basic knowledge of PC hardware and computer peripherals is required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and online sales platforms is a plus
  • Experience with sending payment links (Pay-by-Link) is an advantage

YOUR IMPACT STARTS HERE (Daily Tasks)

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries across social media, marketplaces, and the company website.
  • Provide accurate product information, particularly on PC hardware and accessories.
  • Qualify leads and identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Guide customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Manage pre-sales and sales activities, supporting customers throughout their buying journey.
  • Collaborate with the sales team for smooth lead handovers and follow-ups.
  • Send payment links (Pay-by-Link) or assist with online transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on products, promotions, and industry trends.
  • Convert qualified leads into sales to contribute to overall performance.
