STRATEGIC VALUE AND JUSTIFICATION:

Translates business needs into technical requirements, ensuring alignment between project outcomes and organizational goals. This role is critical for vendor selection and identifying business gaps.

Analyses data, identifies inefficiencies, and interprets stakeholder needs to develop strategic recommendations for improving processes and achieving business goals.

Business Analysts acts as communicators and facilitators, translating complex requirements into actionable plans for development teams. Possessing a blend of analytical skills, business acumen, and communication abilities, the role is crucial by guiding through informed decision-making and implementing solutions that drive efficiency, innovation, and overall success

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field; Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) is desirable.

  2. Experience in large-scale, complex projects in a digital transformation or system modernization context.

  3. Strong understanding of methodologies like Agile and Scrum.

  4. Strategic thinking to connect requirements to business strategy.
