Operations Control Group Analyst

Primary Function:

Ensures that operation is always within the set operation standards.

Major Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure that all reports submitted are complete, correct and validated.

  2. Checks daily production report and verifies to the Production OIC and Line Leader if there are deviations in the report. Does daily monitoring of semi-finished goods to QA and checks the actual usage of production.

  3. Prepares summary of downtime report and coordinate with the Engineering OIC.

  4. Does daily monitoring of output and reconciles with ICA

  5. Prepares weekly summary report of output, downtime, reject raw materials, inclusion/toppings consumption, packaging materials, mixing, semi- finished goods and productivity report.

  6. Prepares summary report of issues and concerns regarding weekly production and verifies deviation to the Production Engineer, QA OIC and Engineering OIC.

  7. Weekly Production Review with Operations Manager, Production Engineer, QA Head and Engineering Head.

  8. Weekly submission of production report to CPSES.

  9. Consolidates summary report of output, downtime, reject raw materials, inclusion/toppings consumption, packaging materials, mixing, semi- finished goods and productivity report.

  10. Reconciles production output with Inventory Analyst

  11. Prepares monthly Operations Review with summaries Monthly Sales, Marketing O-plan, OS, Inventory and Operations performance.

  12. Prepares quarterly and yearly production report

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any course
  • With at least 5 years related work experience in a manufacturing firm
  • Physically fit to work with pleasing personality
