Location: Aero Park Clark, Pampanga

Work Set-Up and Schedule: On-Site and Shifting (changes every month or quarterly)

Position Summary:

Our client is looking for skilled Robot Operators to remotely control robots and perform other tasks to enable our advanced technology from our Manila-based facilities. The ideal candidates will possess strong operational skills, quick reflexes, and the ability to rapidly adapt to new technologies. This position also demands high precision, attention to detail, and effective real-time problem-solving capabilities in a dynamic, tech-driven environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate remote-controlled robotics systems accurately, ensuring smooth and efficient performance.

• Utilize VR technology, specialized software interfaces, and advanced gaming controllers for system navigation and operation.

• Maintain comprehensive situational awareness while managing live operational systems.

• Rapidly adapt to new platforms, control schemes, and technological upgrades.

• Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures to ensure safety and operational efficiency.

• Perform initial troubleshooting and escalate system issues promptly and accurately.

• Collaborate with operations and technical teams to optimize procedures and enhance system performance.

• Follow stringent security and compliance measures to prevent data breaches and cybersecurity incidents.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in any field or at least completed 2 years of college/university education. Fresh Graduates are highly encouraged to apply.

• Gaming Experience: Preferably has background in gaming, particularly FPS, strategy games, flight simulations, or racing. Professional or amateur E-sports tournament experience in FPS games is a major advantage.

• Work Environment Fit: Ability to thrive in structured, high-tech operational environments and/or routinary roles.

• Communication Skills: Basic English is acceptable. The job is predominantly a non-voice work.

• Reflexes and Coordination: Exceptional hand-eye coordination, precision, and rapid decision-making skills.

• Technical Aptitude: Comfortable with advanced technology such as VR systems, drone control, and other interactive hardware.

• Problem-Solving: Quick and efficient troubleshooting abilities to manage real-time challenges.

• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and meticulousness in handling controls and operational processes.

• Other Essential Traits: Methodical, focused, spatial awareness, tactical mindset, strong hand-eye coordination.

• Amenable to Work Onsite in Aero Park Clark, Pampanga

• Amenable to Start on or before November 24, 2026

• Amenable to Shifting Schedules (changes every month or quarterly).
