Role Overview

We have exciting plans for the brand, and we're looking for a Brand & Visual Designer to help maintain and elevate our visual identity across all touchpoints. This role is centered on static design, brand design, and packaging design, ensuring that everything we create whether it's product packaging, digital assets, or printed materials feels cohesive and true to the Pure Form vision.

You'll work closely with the Creative Director to keep our brand consistent and impactful, while also designing updates for our Shopify website and eCommerce storefronts. From packaging rollouts to brand collateral, you'll play a key role in shaping how Pure Form shows up visually, making sure every piece feels cohesive and true to the brand vision.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Creative Direction Support

  • Own and execute all static and brand design needs across the business
  • Keep the brand's visual identity consistent across all platforms and touchpoints
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director and Marketing Department to align visuals with messaging
  • Maintain and organize brand guidelines and design files

Graphic, Packaging & Print Design

  • Design and update packaging for new and existing products, ensuring everything is on-brand and market-ready
  • Create marketing materials for both digital and print (ads, decks, event materials, social media, email campaigns)
  • Develop static assets that reinforce the brand's visual identity

UI/UX & eCommerce Optimization

  • Design and update visual elements of our Shopify website and eCommerce storefronts
  • Create and refine product page layouts and landing pages to enhance user experience and conversions
  • Ensure all storefront visuals are aligned with brand identity and campaign directions

Collaboration with Marketing

  • Partner with the marketing department to deliver visuals that strengthen campaigns and initiatives

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in brand, graphic, and packaging design
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Familiarity with Figma is a plus (for collaborative design work)
  • Exceptional eye for typography, layout, and visual consistency
  • Strong portfolio showcasing refined, thoughtful designs across static and packaging work
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven
  • Collaborative, proactive, and open to bringing new ideas to the table
