What is your mission?

We are looking for an Instructional Designer who can create engaging digital learning materials, animated videos, and eLearning courses using Storyline, Rise, PowerPoint, Canva, and Vyond. You will design user-friendly training content, manage LMS uploads, enhance learner engagement, and support end-to-end learning development using strong visual design, communication, and project management skills.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Design and develop digital learning materials, slide decks, eLearning modules, and animated videos.
  • Build interactive training content using Articulate Storyline, Rise, and PowerPoint.
  • Create animated videos with Vyond or other animation tools.
  • Translate complex topics into clear, engaging instructional content.
  • Design graphics, visual elements, and layouts using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Upload, organize, and maintain content inside the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Track learner engagement, gather feedback, and implement improvements.
  • Curate supplemental learning resources (articles, videos, templates, toolkits).
  • Ensure content aligns with adult learning methodologies and accessibility principles.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and revisions with minimal supervision.
Who are we looking for?
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, Multimedia Arts, Instructional Design, or any related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in instructional design, eLearning development, or digital content creation.
  • Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Rise, MS PowerPoint, and Canva.
  • Experience creating animated training videos using Vyond or similar tools.
  • Strong graphic design and visual storytelling abilities.
  • Knowledge of LMS content management and publishing workflows.
  • Basic working knowledge of HTML and CSS (preferred but not required).
  • Ability to use AI tools responsibly for content development.
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
  • Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
