JOB SUMMARY

Perform production designer duties including but not limited to; recreate artwork to vector, prepare files for

production, retouching and manipulation of images, create ppt presentation/templates, and digital graphics.

We are looking for a production artist that possess a mix of both creative and technical skills. Strict attention

to detail and outstanding file-organization, project management, and archiving skills.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS


• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent


• 3+ years of Production Designer industry experience


• Portfolio demonstrating creativity and skills relative to experience

JOB SKILLS & TRAITS


• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office


• Must have technical and creative skills to deliver finished products that meets branding goals


• High attention to details, strong organization, and time management skills


• Ability to quickly grasp a creative brief and adhere to client brand guidelines


• Willingness and excitement to take on a wide variety of production tasks


• Ability to work closely and effectively with other members of DesignLab and clients


• Effectively demonstrates ability to both lead and take direction


• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to implement sound judgement


• Ability to work under pressure with a solid sense for setting priorities


• Positive and professional attitude with a strong work ethic


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES


• Deliver high-quality, scalable, and on-brand solutions


• Follow structured style guides and templates to produce large volume graphics


• Ensure design requirements are met in adherence with project and brand guidelines


• Ensure integrity of concepts are maintained through production


• Work closely with leads to ensure creative vision and standards are consistent with BDA

goals


• Work with the design team to manage and maintain existing visual design assets


• Manage, create, and maintain date production template library


• Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions


• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with clients and vendors to ensure the level of

service and quality always exceeds expectations


• Stay up to date with new production techniques and trends
