Prepares reports efficiently and effectively, utilizing advanced technical and financial knowledgePrepares and reviews complex standards, responds to ad-hoc requests for analytics, and provides support for business profitability, case preparation, and investigation into financial performance, and are key in enabling decision supportEnsuring that management reporting for actuals, budgets/forecasts, controls, inventory reconciliation processes, and accrual management is in place and is working in preparation for SOX compliance and internal and external reporting readinessResponsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining efficient and cost-effective process controlsQualificationsBachelor's Degree in any Finance, Accounting, Business Management or related areaCertifications (i.e., CPA, CMA, CIA, etc.) are beneficialMore than 5 years of work experience in Controlling & Reporting or any equivalent finance functionsWith proficient analytical skills relevant to financial analysisSelf-motivated individual with the ability to quickly absorb new information in intricate and challenging situationsKnowledge of using ERP Systems.
