Finance SSC, Controlling & Reporting. The Controlling and Reporting group is in charge of ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting. This involves adherence to the Company's Financial Guidelines while maintaining active collaboration with stakeholders. The group also acts as a business partner for Regional, Project, or Group stakeholders and makes sure that the financial activities-driven decisions are taken on a good financial business case, which can and will be followed up on.Finance SSC > Controlling and Reporting > SSC Towers Ext Man + Global VTO Finance FunctionsResponsibilitiesEnsure high integrity in our numbers by having accurate figures in the factory report and a high-quality budget based on well-documented assumptionsMake sure our predictions reflect significant precision and reliability, with all modifications and variations justified by the core business factorsA value-adding Business Partner to the COO Area, and ensure a fact-based, root cause-driven performance reportingPerform ad hoc reports based on business needsExecute the relevant controlling tasks fully in accordance with the defined and agreed Vestas Financial Guidelines, and make sure controls and applicable compliance requirements are in placeEnsure timely update/s of Process Documentation (SOP)Perform Controls and Compliance activitiesIdentify, suggest, and implement improvements on current tasks, and participate in Global optimization projectsTake the initiative to collaborate with relevant coworkers and business partners to swiftly resolve operational issues with high quality. Propose adjustments as necessaryQualificationsA graduate of BS Accountancy or Management Accounting, or any Finance or Business-related coursesWith certifications (i.e., CPA, CMA, CIA, etc.)5-7 years of experience in a general accounting background, controlling and reporting function role, or from a relevant roleExposure to BPO / Shared service environmentExperience in working with multi-cultural stakeholdersWith knowledge in using ERP (SAP) systemsProficient in analysis and skilled at delivering presentationsBusiness Partnering experience is expectedCompetenciesHigh-level experience in (1) Controlling Actual Financials (2) Forecasting or BudgetingIn-depth understanding of Accounting concepts and proficient analytical skills applicable in financial evaluationAbility to develop financial projections and build financial modelsEfficient documentation and process mapping experienceA thorough professional known for their initiative and ability to thrive in challenging environmentsKnowledge in using the ERP System. Experience in SAP and SAP-BI is requiredAn advanced-level MS Office user.
