What You'll Do


• Write and edit engaging content for social media (captions, carousels, video scripts).


• Draft well-structured blog articles and website copy.


• Create persuasive paid ads for LinkedIn and other channels.


• Develop copy for infographics, landing pages, emails, and internal campaigns.


• Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy and consistency.


• Support content development for recruitment, employee engagement, awareness, and B2B marketing campaigns

What We're Looking For


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, English, Digital Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.


• 2–4 years of experience in digital publishing and social media content creation (blogs, websites, internal communications).


• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.


• Ability to craft digital content tailored to different audiences.


• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.


• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality content in a fast-paced environment.


• Prior copywriting experience in a BPO setting is a strong advantage
