Job Description

The Foreman (Electromechanical) performs under the supervision of the Supervisors, constructs and implements specific project based on company policies and procedures on quality of work, productivity and safety.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Implements given tasks on time and according to the approved plan and drawing given by the supervisor considering the quality of work, productivity and safety.
  • Provides specific instructions to his subordinates in performing their job according to given standards to complete the project on time. Guides his subordinates in performing their job efficiently and ensures that proper procedures are being followed.
  • Studies the flow of work and gives enough attention to priority situation which needs quick decision and action.
  • Prepares daily accomplishment report and foreman's daily time report to be submitted to his supervisor. Issues guidance and clarification of ethics and compliance policies to employees.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School or Vocational course graduate.
  • At least One (1) year of work experience in the Construction industry.
  • Familiar with distribution lines
  • Physically Fit

  • Clark, Pampanga

Job Type: Full-time
