I General Description / Language to Use for Job Postings:

  • Design & Estimate Engineers are responsible for the design and cost-estimating works of proposed projects.

II Reports to:

  • Design and Estimate Head

III Decision/Authorizing Limit:

  • N/A

IV Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Site Survey & Estimate for auxiliary systems (SCS; CCTV; CATV; Door Access; Intercom; Nurse Call; Master Clock; Intercom; Carpark system; Guard Tour; FDAS & PA System)

  • Conduct Site Survey & Estimate for the Electrical; Data Center & EMS.

  • Coordinate with Sales/ Presales & other concerns that necessary to build-up the BOQ/ BOM.

  • Attend Pre-Bid; Meetings and collect other data information that necessary for the build-up of the BOM/ BOQ.

  • Prepare and build – up necessary technical submittals.

  • Can work with longer hour if necessary

  • Performs another task assigned by the President.

V Educational Qualifications:

  • Must be Graduate or Bachelor's degree graduate. Pre-parable I.T. / ECE/ E.E. course or any related course.

VI Previous Experience:

  • 1-2 Year's working experience as Design and Estimate Engineer
  • Experience in handling estimation specifically in auxiliary

VII Additional Training:

  • With knowledge in CCTV/ SCS/ Door Access

  • Electrical/ FDAS

  • Computer Literate

  • Can perform/ work with minimum supervision

  • Know how to read floor plan

VIII Other Skills:

  • Can speak/ talked other Language (foreign is a plus).

  • Can performed /act as desktop support/ I.T. is a plus advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php21, Php23,000.00 per month
