Job Description

  • Prepare and assess subcontractor variations (complete in Excel files on Sharepoint)
  • Measure and prepare head contract variations and supporting information (complete in Excel files on Sharepoint)
  • Review and evaluate project documentation to identify potential conflicts and incorporate necessary revisions for accurate cost calculations.
  • Conduct quantity take-offs in comparison to the Sales Sketch Plan & House Model.
  • Prepare Sales Estimates that meet customer or sales consultant requirements, including standard options, non-standard variations, and custom items.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with overseas clients via email and MS Teams.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to completed work.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in Residential Estimation.
  • Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Estimating or a related field.
  • Flexibility to work dependently and collaboratively within a team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare and assess subcontractor variations and tender contract (complete in Excel files on Sharepoint).
  • Review and interpret architectural, structural, and engineering drawings and specifications to develop accurate cost estimates from quantity take-offs.
  • Review and evaluate project documentation to identify potential conflicts and incorporate necessary revisions for accurate cost calculations.
  • Prepare estimates that meet customer requirements, including standard options, non-standard variations, and custom items.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and client requirements during the estimation process.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with overseas clients via email and MS Teams.
  • Maintain accurate records and finalize administrative requirements for completed projects.
