About the role

As a Design and Estimate Engineer (Auxiliary) at Net Pacific, Inc.', you will play a crucial role in the company's engineering operations. Based in Taguig City Metro Manila, this full-time position will see you responsible for designing and estimating auxiliary equipment and systems to support the company's core engineering projects.

What you'll be doing

  • Designing and developing auxiliary equipment and systems to complement primary engineering projects
  • Preparing detailed cost estimates and bill of materials for auxiliary equipment and systems
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure auxiliary designs align with overall project requirements
  • Conducting feasibility studies and providing technical recommendations to optimise auxiliary solutions
  • Ensuring all auxiliary designs comply with relevant safety, regulatory and industry standards
  • Supporting the implementation and commissioning of auxiliary equipment on project sites
  • Continuously researching new technologies and industry trends to enhance auxiliary engineering capabilities

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year experience in designing and estimating auxiliary equipment and systems
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical, electronic and control systems engineering principles
  • Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and engineering analysis tools
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills
  • Good communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with relevant safety standards and industry regulations
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
