Job Summary:

The Technical Support is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting the company's IT systems including computers, internet, CCTV, biometrics, and telephone systems. The role ensures smooth technical operations across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, repair, and maintain computer hardware and software
  • Troubleshoot network and internet issues (LAN/WAN)
  • Configure and monitor CCTV systems
  • Maintain biometrics devices and timekeeping system
  • Support telephone systems and basic PBX configuration
  • Perform system updates and routine backups
  • Provide technical assistance to staff and branches
  • Maintain IT documentation and equipment inventory

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge in computer troubleshooting and networking
  • Familiar with CCTV and biometrics setup (advantage)
  • Basic configuration of routers, switches, and printers
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
