What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Develop and execute paid search campaigns using Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- Analyze campaign performance, provide detailed reports, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure all campaigns align with overall marketing goals and strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Provide expert insights and strategic recommendations to the team and its clients.
What We're Looking For:
- 2–3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, with a focus on Paid Social and Paid Search (or specializing in one of these channels).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Hands-on experience using Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, and social media analytics
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
