Job Summary
Under the direct supervision of the Admin Manager, the position is responsible for assisting, implementing and maintaining the information technology system and network infrastructure of the organization.
Admin Technical Support
- Engaging in quality control procedures to ensure that systems are efficient and operational.
- Evaluate the current system and give technical guidance to support the organization.
- Monitoring and maintenance of the security system in place to ensure the organization's security.
- Implementing the best practice for system security and data backups.
- Perform troubleshooting and resolve issues with a company's system and network.
- Ensuring the security and integrity of computer systems and networks within the organization.
- Administering infrastructure and providing user support.
- Handling, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining system software such as Microsoft 365, Sophos Firewall, etc.
- Securing and Filtering of Incoming and Outgoing Emails.
- Monitoring and providing support for the ticketing system, Active Directory, CCTV, and PABX.
Others
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Board of Directors.
