Description
Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with daily lockbox files to post all payments

  • Pull daily bank payment files and post to billing system

  • Process and post credit card payments

  • Open mail, scan, process, and deposit non-lockbox checks (mobile deposits)

  • Research missing or misapplied payments

  • Reconcile payments back to the bank prior to posting

  • Process check and credit card refunds

  • Research delinquent loan payments and determine if accounts should be sent to collections

  • Assist with providing data for audit requests

  • Review and process chargebacks; reverse NSF payments

  • Send monthly statements to loan customers

  • Process bad debt recovery payments

  • Approve and apply credit memos and adjustments

  • Process intercompany payments, transfers, and invoices

Technical and Functional Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a business-related course

  • At least 3–4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable

  • Experience in cash processing and cash applications

  • Experience in bank reconciliations

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Proficient in accounting software (preferably SAP, QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Xero)

  • Knowledgeable in IFRS and US GAAP

  • Willing to work night shifts aligned with US hours, including holidays and overtime

  • Amenable to working on-site in Alabang, Muntinlupa City once office operations resume
