Data Analysis & Metrics: Expertise in extracting and analyzing platform metrics accurately, with a deep understanding of in-platform definitions and the ability to discern relevant KPIs for various stages of the marketing funnel (Brand Awareness, In-Market Consideration, Purchase Consideration, Conversion). Full Funnel Strategy: Strong understanding of the full marketing funnel and how to drive success at each stage, from brand awareness to conversion. Campaign Strategy & Media Planning: Experience in developing media strategies and comprehensive planning for both short-term and long-term campaigns.
Campaign Execution & Optimization: Skilled in campaign setups, amendments, and performance optimizations, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with objectives. Creative & Copy Adjustments: Experience managing creative assets like Post IDs (including 9x16 formats) and adapting longer copy for TikTok, adhering to platform-specific constraints (e.g., 100-character limits). Proficiency in Excel: Strong Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and managing budgets.
Budget Management & Forecasting: Experience in budget management, pacing, and accurately forecasting campaign performance to meet targets. Reporting & Insights: Regularly creating and presenting weekly insights and performance agendas, offering actionable recommendations to improve campaign results. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrates strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities and enhance campaign performance.
Client Communication: Comfortable interacting with clients through Slack and email, providing timely data pulls, performance updates, and addressing inquiries effectively.
