The Estate Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Montclair Destination Estate. This includes managing staff, maintaining the property, coordinating services, and ensuring a smooth and high-quality experience for stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise the Estate staff
- Ensure the property is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Monitor budgets and control expenses.
- Handle customer or stakeholder concerns
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Report regularly on estate activities and issues.
- Graduate of Business Management or any related 4-year course.
- At least 5 years of experience in estate or property management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and multitask effectively.
Reliable and service-oriented.
This position is temporarily based in Pasig City and will be assigned to Porac, Pampanga once the estate is operational.
