Product Trainer

As a Product Trainer, your role is pivotal in ensuring clients receive tailored and effective training solutions. You'll collaborate closely with clients during onboarding sessions to develop customized training plans aligned with their objectives. Your expertise in instructional design and delivery will shine as you create engaging training materials and facilitate interactive sessions, focusing on product features and usage scenarios. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to compliance, you'll maintain meticulous records and continuously refine training approaches to meet evolving client needs.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Communication Arts, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in delivering training programs or educational instruction in a professional setting.
Strong academic background with coursework or projects demonstrating proficiency in instructional design, communication, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with digital collaboration tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and Slack through coursework, internships, or personal projects.
Eagerness to learn and develop skills in training delivery, curriculum development, and educational technology.
Experience in designing and developing training curricula and materials tailored to diverse learner needs.
Demonstrated success in facilitating engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and remotely.
Experience in conducting training needs assessments and analyzing training effectiveness metrics.
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other training administration platforms.

Essential Functions
Participate in client onboarding sessions to understand requirements, objectives, and training needs.
Collaborate with clients to create customized, account-specific training plans.
Develop comprehensive training curricula based on client materials, assessments, and identified knowledge gaps.
Design and deliver engaging, interactive training sessions focused on product usage and client-specific scenarios.
Use diverse instructional techniques, multimedia, and activities to boost engagement and retention.
Adapt content and delivery based on trainees' learning styles, skill levels, and preferences.
Facilitate discussions, Q&A, role-plays, and provide clear demonstrations and practical exercises.
Monitor progress, gather participant feedback, and continuously refine training materials and methods.
Maintain records of training sessions, attendance, materials, and support audit or compliance efforts.
Work with HR and compliance teams to address training-related concerns and ensure alignment with policies.
