Position: Assistant Motorpool Supervisor

Location: Baloy, Tablon, Cagayan de Oro City

Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Job Summary:

We are looking for an Assistant Motorpool Supervisor to support the day-to-day operations of the company's vehicle fleet. This role will assist in coordinating maintenance, ensuring vehicle compliance with government regulations, and managing repairs.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Engineer (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred)
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in motorpool or fleet operations
  • Knowledgeable in vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repair procedures
  • Familiar with LTO registration, insurance, emission testing, and compliance requirements
  • Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Must be able to drive and possess a valid Driver's License
  • Willing to be assigned in Baloy, Tablon, Cagayan de Oro City

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in overseeing daily motorpool operations and fleet maintenance
  • Monitor vehicle conditions and coordinate timely repairs
  • Help implement preventive maintenance schedules
  • Liaise with drivers, mechanics, and suppliers for parts and service needs
  • Ensure all vehicles meet registration and compliance requirements
  • Maintain records of repairs, fuel usage, and inventory
  • Support safety protocols and operational efficiency across the fleet
