Position: Motorpool Supervisor - CDO

Location: Baloy, Tablon, Cagayan de Oro City

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Motorpool Supervisor who will oversee and manage the maintenance, repair, and regulatory compliance of all company-owned vehicles.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, Electrical Engineering, or any related course
  • With at least 2 years of related work experience in Motorpool or Fleet Maintenance supervision
  • Proficient in automotive repairs, troubleshooting, and implementing preventive maintenance programs
  • Knowledgeable in government vehicle compliance processes (LTO Registration, Insurance, Emission Testing, etc.)
  • Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Willing to be assigned in Baloy, Tablon, Cagayan de Oro City

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure all company vehicles are properly administered, monitored, and maintained in good running condition at all times
  • Implement preventive maintenance schedules and monitor vehicle performance regularly
  • Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities such as repairs, overhauling, and servicing of vehicles
  • Ensure company-owned vehicles are complete and updated in all government-required documents such as LTO Registration, Insurance, and Emission Test compliance
  • Manage motorpool inventory, tools, spare parts, and ensure availability of necessary supplies for repairs
  • Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle usage of all company-owned units
  • Prepare reports related to vehicle conditions, maintenance costs, and motorpool activities
  • Lead and supervise Motorpool Technicians, Drivers, and other related personnel
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies within the motorpool operations
  • Coordinates with suppliers and external service providers for vehicle repair and parts procurement
