Job Description

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Volume Hiring), you will drive end-to-end recruitment across multiple client accounts-from sourcing and screening to offers and onboarding support. You'll partner with stakeholders, strengthen pipelines, track recruitment metrics, and deliver high-quality hires at volume while ensuring an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.

Shift: Mid shift, Weekends Off (Must be flexible to work on holidays and render weekend OT if needed)

The Qualifications We Seek

  • At least a bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Psychology, or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in end-to-end BPO volume hiring
  • Sourcing experience highly preferred but not required
  • With account management experience
  • Flexible to work either mid-shift/night shift schedule
  • Flexible to work on holidays and render weekend OT if needed
  • Willing to report to either Makati or Ortigas sites if required for meetings/recruitment activities
  • Proficient in MS Suite
  • Competency in database management and record keeping
  • Working knowledge of recruitment processes and workflows
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

Your Daily Tasks

Recruitment Expertise

  • Support all business units by assisting in their recruitment and selection processes
  • Plan selection procedures, including identifying key competencies for assessment and determining evaluation methods
  • Act as a focal person for assigned job vacancies across multiple client accounts
  • Assist with job requisition and description development
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of job requisitions and descriptions, including the competencies, skills, and knowledge required for successful applicants
  • Maintain awareness of the number of resumes needed for open positions
  • Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches
  • Engage with both candidates and hiring managers to align recruitment goals
  • Conduct candidate screenings and communicate job requirements across various skill and experience levels
  • Maintain accuracy in the recruitment pipeline platform and generate insightful recruitment reports
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including data analytics for acquiring top talent
  • Execute core recruitment functions, including interviews, testing, reference checks, salary offers, and report generation
  • Use Behavioral-Based Interview techniques in screening and qualifying applicants
  • Create Behavioral-Based Interviewing and prescreening questions
  • Facilitate completion of skill and/or personality assessments
  • Analyze information provided on employment applications
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to make offer recommendations
  • Present offers and conduct negotiations with selected candidates
  • Participate in onboarding tasks as needed (e.g., offer letter submittals, final paperwork completion)

ATS Management

  • Enter and maintain candidate information in the applicant tracking system daily
  • Generate recruitment metric reports manually and via the applicant tracking system
  • Create, file, and maintain a system for resumes, applications, and miscellaneous paperwork
  • Perform resume conversion and application maintenance

Sourcing Strategies

  • Document sourcing research methods to share with recruitment team members
  • Train the recruitment team on new internet sites, blogs, RSS feeds, networking groups, and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn)
  • Develop an ongoing and diverse talent pipeline through research, networking, and database mining
  • Manage referral sources effectively
  • Use a variety of technical tools to identify and attract a highly qualified pool of candidates

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a consultant to stakeholders regarding recruitment requirements, movements, and concerns
  • Handle recruitment planning, propose action plans and targets, and suggest appropriate sourcing approaches, including cost-benefit analysis
  • Provide formal and informal education to managers on the selection process
  • Establish proactive and open communication channels with hiring managers, candidates, internal teams, and external partners
  • Involve stakeholders by seeking their input, providing regular updates, and addressing feedback to ensure a collaborative recruitment experience
  • Provide hiring managers with regular updates and summaries of recruiting activities
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify best-fit candidates, coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage offers
  • Conduct recruitment-related meetings as needed

Effective Communication

  • Practice effective communication in daily interactions with all stakeholders
  • Respond promptly and accurately to all queries from internal and external stakeholders

Coaching and Mentoring

  • Proactively offer guidance and support to other Talent Acquisition Specialists on daily challenges
  • Ensure knowledge transfer and successful application of best practices

Reporting and Process Improvement

  • Prepare recruitment reports and represent the Talent Acquisition (TA) cluster in stakeholder meetings when necessary
  • Lead or participate in process improvement initiatives based on data trends and identified areas for enhancement

Privacy and Confidentiality

  • Ensure compliance with Emapta's guidelines, protocols, and legal requirements related to data privacy and information safeguarding
  • Maintain confidentiality of all private information handled at all times

Other Duties

  • Perform administrative or non-administrative duties as assigned by company representatives through written or verbal instructions
