Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Online Marketing Specialist located in Mandaluyong. The Online Marketing Associate will be responsible for developing and implementing online marketing strategies, managing social media accounts, creating content, and running digital marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee social media accounts, create and schedule posts, monitor engagement, and manage brand presence on platforms
  • Update company websites and online listings, and implement Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques to improve visibility.
  • Develop and manage online advertising campaigns
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, analyze competitor activity, and provide insights for campaign optimization.
  • Respond to online inquiries, track leads, and assist with database maintenance to support the sales team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is often required.
  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, experience specifically in real estate is a plus.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms, content creation tools, and advertising platforms.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to do multi-tasking.
