About the role

As a Luxury Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers at our flagship store in Ermita, Manila. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity to showcase your passion for luxury retail and deliver world-class customer service.

What you'll be doing

Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, guiding them towards suitable products Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our luxury product range, including features, benefits and usage Assist customers with product selection, offering expert advice and recommendations Process sales transactions efficiently and handle customer payments accurately Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, organised and visually appealing at all times Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with our valued clientele Support store operations and assist with other duties as required

What we're looking for

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing retail or luxury sales role Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for customer service Excellent product knowledge and the ability to educate customers on product features Keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain a tidy, organised sales environment Proficient in English and the local language; additional language skills an advantage A positive, enthusiastic and professional demeanour Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required
