Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic HR Leadership: Develop, plan, and implement departmental goals and objectives to support overall business strategy.

  • Team Supervision: Lead and mentor HR staff, providing guidance on complex issues and resolving employee concerns.

  • Performance & Discipline: Partner with leaders to manage disciplinary actions, performance concerns, and corrective measures in collaboration with directors and legal services.

  • Organizational Support: Collaborate with managers and supervisors to address HR issues such as staffing, reorganization, policy interpretation, and employee engagement.
  • Management Collaboration: Serve on the management team to provide input on HR strategies and organizational development.
  • Other Duties: Perform additional functions as mandated by management.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in HR leadership or managerial roles.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with leadership teams.
