Auto Sales Officer

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive the offline sale vehicles through partnerships with used car dealers, agents, brokers, and car lots. The ideal candidate has strong field sales experience, knowledge of the local automotive market, and a hunger to grow within a startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard used car dealers, brokers, and field agents to build a strong offline sales network.
  • Promote and explain inventory vehicles to potential buyers and partners.
  • Conduct regular visits to local car lots, showrooms, and dealerships to showcase listings.
  • Gather and negotiate offers from interested parties and coordinate with internal teams for approvals.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, offers, and follow-ups.
  • Support buyer registration and documentation handover process post-sale.
  • Help analyze pricing feedback and market sentiment to optimize margins.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive, real estate, or financing sector.
  • Strong offline/network-based selling skills.
  • Existing network among used car dealers is a major plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly motivated and self-driven; able to work in a performance-based role.
  • Willing to do regular field work across NCR and nearby areas.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
