Key Responsibilities
- Sales Management Conduct pre-selling activities to acquire new business by effectively managing the sales pipeline and closely monitoring client engagement.
- Account Renewal Oversee the full account renewal process, resolve client concerns, and recommend appropriate strategies to improve retention.
- Target Achievement Ensure the achievement of individual and team sales targets by growing the MSME client base and maintaining current accounts.
- Pricing Analysis Assess client needs and recommend pricing and benefit package adjustments to ensure successful account closure or renewal.
- Transaction Management Manage daily sales transactions involving direct clients and assigned intermediaries, ensuring smooth coordination and documentation.
*Qualifications:*
- Education: Graduate of a 4-year college course, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in sales, account management, or client servicing—preferably in the healthcare, insurance, or HMO industry.
