As an Occupational Health Nurse, you'll play a key role in providing quality healthcare, promoting wellness, and ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.

Key Duties
  • Provide immediate care such as first aid, wound dressing, and basic treatments
  • Conduct initial health assessments (vital signs) prior to physician consultation
  • Assist the Retainer Physician during physical examinations
  • Maintain accurate health records and work clearance logs
  • Track clinic census and prepare regular health reports
  • Monitor and manage clinic medical supplies and medications
  • Dispense over-the-counter medicines as prescribed or required
  • Coordinate post-Annual Check-up results and related documentation
  • Guide employees in filing PhilHealth claims and LOA requests for out-patient services
  • Support employees during medical emergencies, including facility accompaniment when necessary
Qualifications
  • BS Nursing graduate with a valid PRC license
  • Familiar with clinic operations and healthcare systems
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • IV insertion and phlebotomy training preferred
  • Computer-proficient and able to multitask in fast-paced environments
  • Flexible, detail-oriented, and a reliable team player
  • Compassionate, patient, and dependable
  • Amenable to rotational shifts including graveyard schedule (5-day work week, varying rest days)
