● Assist to Stamp Plans (Outline/ Formal Application, received DCTG Forms) Manual Stamp/ E-approval Stamps for the reviewed plans of all clusters

● Monitoring of Development Control Data

● Update monitoring of Locators Statistics (coordination to all DevCon - Luzon, VisMin, MaCEA, BGCEA) ●Update monitoring of Locators Ageing of Violations (for all clusters)

● Draft a DCMC (Development Control Memorandum Circulars) across all Estates (merge attachments and secure PDF File prior to routing of DevCon Managers)

● Consolidation of data for DCTG/ Regcom (Corporate Tasks)

● DCTG Profile (DSG, DCCR, As-built) and other related documents (coordination to all TA's/ Estate Managers for consolidation of files)

● RegCom/ SMR/ PCO/ CMMS/ IMS Uploads (coordination to all TA's/ Estate Managers for consolidation of files)

● Assistance on the requirements of PCO process for DENR Accreditation

● Assist to all DCTG Special Projects & Programs

● Draft a TOC & BOQ and coordination to all accredited vendors

● Coordination to procurement, process of PR, PO and Billing of all vendors

● To oversee the construction, progress monitoring from pre-con to post-con

● Assistance to all Estates for the standard procedure of Meet & Go project (process, assessment of all layouts, quotation, qr code)

● Documentation, filing of plans, forms & reports

● Logistics of plans from EMG HQ to EMG Archives

● Organize, sort & filing of all DCTG Documents in OneDrive (online) and at ALEI-EMG Archives Facility

● Update the uploaded documents for DevCode (QR Code) - locators folder & memo circulars

● Generate a DevCode (QR Code) - forms, memo circulars, locators profile etc.

● Assist in report preparation (presentation material)

● Drafting minutes of the meeting (for all attended meetings & other for assistance)

● Assistance/ Temporary reliever for DevCon Manager of South Estates

● Conduct Site Inspection if needed for Locators/ Merchants

● Conduct a roadshow meeting, alignment meeting for items for approval

● Received, verify & process all South Estate permit application prior to approval of DevCon Head

● Other necessary tasks requested per clusters (minutes of the meeting, report preparation, letters, data consolidation
