About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team at Siccion Holdings Inc. in Laguna, Calabarzon. As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, planning, and oversight of various construction projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards and in compliance with all relevant regulations and safety protocols. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organisation.

What You'll Be Doing

  1. Preparing detailed design plans, specifications, and cost estimates for construction projects
  2. Conducting site inspections and monitoring construction progress to ensure adherence to plans and specifications
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including architects, project managers, and contractors, to coordinate project activities
  4. Identifying and resolving technical issues that may arise during construction
  5. Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  6. Staying up-to-date with the latest industry regulations, building codes, and engineering best practices

What We're Looking For

  1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  2. Willing and able to be deployed in Laguna and South Metro Manila areas
  3. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Civil Engineer, preferably in the construction industry
  4. Proficient in the use of engineering software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis tools
  5. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical challenges
  6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  7. Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards
