About the Role

The
Village Engineer (Civil & Property Management)
is responsible for planning, supervising, and maintaining civil infrastructure and managing village-level properties and assets. The role combines
engineering expertise
with
asset management skills
to ensure effective use, protection, and development of community properties, land, and buildings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, design, and prepare estimates for village infrastructure works
  • Supervise and monitor construction, repair, and maintenance activities to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Conduct surveys, feasibility assessments, and prepare technical documentation.
  • Ensure projects follow environmental, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of village properties, lands, and community assets.
  • Assist in valuation, leasing, or utilization of village properties in line with government policies.

Educational Background

  • Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
