What You'll Do:

Project Coordination

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project timelines and deliverables

  • Organize and document meetings, track actions, and support task follow-ups

  • Maintain clear communication across teams and with clients

  • Support project tracking, reporting, and basic risk management

Administrative & Documentation Support

  • Maintain document control systems and organize project-related files

  • Assist in drafting and updating internal procedures, reports, and templates

  • Support ISO and IMS-related documentation and audit activities

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes and compliance

What We're Looking For:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a Project Coordinator, Executive Assistant, or Project Manager role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Canva is a plus

  • Experience with ISO standards or IMS documentation is an advantage

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision

  • Must be available to start immediately
