We are seeking a Sales Coordinator who will play a vital role in supporting our sales team and ensuring smooth business operations. If you are highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for youKey Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, contracts, and agreement.
  • Handle customer inquiries and follow up on leads.
  • Maintain updated sales records and customer databases.
  • Coordinate site inspections and client meetings.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and other performance metrics.
  • Manage and organize the sales team's calendars.
  • Process bookings and group reservations in collaboration with the Reservations and Front Office teams.
  • Maintain filing systems for the Sales Department
  • Serves as a point of contact for clients when the sales team is unavailable.
  • Follow up on feedback from client's post-events or stays.
  • Ensure timely and professional communication with clients and internal departments.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Previous experience as a Sales Coordinator or in sales support is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work both independently and with a team.
