This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Modesto, CA, USA, (Pacific time) with an hour unpaid break
Scope:
  • Responsible for converting qualified leads to paying customers
  • Work with warm leads generated through company marketing efforts
  • Focus on deposit collection as primary success metric
  • Potential for commission/bonus structure on top of base salary

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming leads through the company's CRM system
  • Make outbound calls to qualified prospects and respond to inbound customer inquiries
  • Send estimates and communicate with prospects via phone, email, and text messaging
  • Nurture leads through the entire sales process from initial contact to deposit collection
  • Schedule service appointments for customers
  • Set up invoices and estimates for automotive services
  • Close deals and secure customer deposits as the primary conversion metric
  • Follow up with prospects to move them through the sales pipeline
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of recent sales experience
  • Strong communication skills via phone, email, and text
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Tech-savvy with computer proficiency
  • Experience in automotive industry preferred but not required
