JOB PURPOSE

The role performs administrative duties related to the operations of the branch with responsibility for basic human resource services for the branch.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitors and ensures timely payment of branch utilities and billings
  • Schedules and monitors of company vehicles and its regular preventive maintenance
  • Schedules timely execution of the Air conditioning Unit (ACU) of the assigned branch.
  • Facilitates requests of the branch office for the provision of office supplies and manpower needs with the accredited manpower agency/ies.
  • Coordinates with the employee engagement team on the cascade of company-wide activities for the branch
  • Encodes and prints summary of billings for service providers such as Globe, Petron, RAF Courier, etc.
  • Facilitates request for payment and ensure timely submission of required documents to Accounting
  • Make follow-through of payment status to Accounting to ensure timely payment of rent, utilities, bills, and suppliers.
  • Coordinates closely with the Building Admin of the branch for administrative needs and assistance of the branch.
  • Transmit forms to accounting for processing, create a request for payments, and forward it for signing through SAP.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A graduate of a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource or related business course.
  • With a minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience in the same role
  • Exposure to the real estate industry is an advantage.
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft and Google Workspace applications and tools.
  • High customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in an agile environment.
  • Well-versed in modern office procedures, methods, and computer equipment.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to prepare and present regular reporting.
