Overview of the Position:

In order to continue providing our patrons and partners with the best service we can give; we are hiring highly qualified and dedicated TREATMENT OFFICERS that can help us with our mission.

Responsibilities:

·       Works with other members of the team to render comprehensive emergency nursing care to all patients.

·       Examines and evaluates patients to determine necessary care

·       Provides patients with emergency care by utilizing appropriate techniques and equipment

·       Documents patient information, condition, and treatment

·       Maintains patient confidentiality and perform all care with respect for patient rights

·       Maintains a safe, clean, and well-stocked environment for patients

·       Provides basic life support and gather patient data

·       Ensures that team leader's and the physician's orders are carried out properly.

·       Ensures clear lines of communication among the other crew members and Central, clients/patients, the base hospitals, and physicians.

·       Responsible for the proper documentation of ambulance Trip Ticket, Patient Assessment Sheet, Receipt of Payment, and other pertinent forms.

·       Accounts for all currency on hand during the tour of duty in the absence of a Team Leader.

·       Constantly maintains radio contact with Central.

·       Acts as navigator en route to the patient.

·       Assists in supervising the maintenance of the ambulances, its equipment, and supplies.

·       Maintains a presentable appearance, good grooming, and always dresses in full uniform as prescribed by the Company.

·       Ensures strict implementation of company guidelines and rules.

Occasional Tasks

·       Transports patients in accordance with outlined policies and procedures

·       Operates and drive ambulance in conjunction with applicable safety policies and laws

·       Participates in lectures, seminars, and meetings required by management

·       Performs all other duties attuned with the company's line of work as may be assigned by the Shift Duty Manager, Operations Manager, or the Medical Director.

Qualifications:

·       College Graduate/Undergraduate and Vocational Course Graduate

·       EMT training from an accredited institution (either basic, advanced, or paramedic)

·       Updated Advanced Cardiac Life Support

·       Updated Basic Life Support

·       Updated IV training course

·       At least 6 months to 1 year of experience as an EMT in the ambulance

·       Can drive automatic and manual vehicle

·       Maintains an adequate level of physical fitness as required by the rigors of the job.

Special Job Requirements:

·       Must have the following senses intact: sight, touch, and hearing

·       Perfect use of all limbs - able to ambulate without support, without limitation of movement from all major joints

·       Able to lift, with a partner, a gurney with a patient weighing 60kg
