Job Description
- responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the coding department to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant medical coding across all specialties. This role provides leadership, technical expertise, and workflow management to coding teams while ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines, payer requirements, and organizational policies.
Qualification
- College Graduate of any medical allied course and has active license as a Certified Coder
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a medical coding role
- Has at least 1 year of experience in leadership, especially in Medical Coding
- Plus Advantage if has experience or knowledge with this Emergency Department (ED) Facility, Surgery, and Observation Coding
